  • Participants agree this Competition is subject to and governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  • Entries void if CRASM, UMT or its partners in the Competition determine the photograph to not be an original, or if the entries are illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error or obtained through fraud or theft.
  • By entering, participants also agree to be bound by these Official Rules; that the decisions of the judges are final and binding with respect to all matters relating to the competition; and that The CRASM, UMT and its partners in the competition may use any photograph submitted in the competition and each winner’s name, photograph, any publicity or advertising relating to the Competition or future promotions without compensation or approval.
  • In the event that the selected winner(s) of any prize is/are ineligible, cannot be traced or does/do not respond within seven days to a winner notification by post and three working days to a winner notification by email as required by the “Prizes” rules above, the prize will be forfeited and CRASM, UMT, in its sole discretion, may choose whether to award the prize to another participant.
  • If any photograph gets sold in Exhibition, CRASM holds the right to charge 30% on the selling amount of the photograph.
