Dr. Mohammad Ayaz (PhD in Islamic Banking & Finance), is offering his valuable services as Associate Professor in the HSM of UMT. He has done LLM in Corporate Law and LLB (Hons) Shariah & Law from International Islamic University Islamabad. Dr. Ayaz has a vast experience of teaching different subjects of law and Islamic banking & finance. His areas of research are corporate governance principles and practices in Islamic financial institutions (IFIs), Islamic Microfinance, Microtakaful and the areas of interest are corporate governance in IFIs, shari‘ah governance and Islamic Microfinance.
